MBA Projects
While pursuing my MBA at Northeastern University, I developed new business ideas throughout my coursework and consulted for several companies both inside and outside of the United States. Please see these projects below.
IntraFit
As part of an innovation course, I developed a startup concept from the ground up including building the backend of a Streamlit-based prototype and managing the project through GitHub. I used early user feedback to refine the platform’s functionality and positioning, showing how product development and marketing strategy go hand in hand. This process emphasized the importance of data-informed decisions and designing with real user needs in mind.
Nostalgia- Market Research
As part of a research-based project, I explored how nostalgia influences consumer behavior and brand connection. I analyzed case studies and current campaigns to understand how emotionally resonant memories can drive engagement and loyalty. Building on these insights, I developed a product concept designed for a modern brand. The final concept showcased how blending emotional storytelling with contemporary branding can differentiate a product in a crowded space.
Financial Services Start-up
I had the opportunity to consult for a financial services startup (name withheld for privacy), where I conducted consumer interviews to gather actionable insights. Using that data, I provided strategic recommendations to help shape the product experience and market fit. It was an incredible experience to be part of a startup environment and contribute directly to its early-stage growth.
Spirit Airlines- Brand Reposition
Worked with a team to develop hypothetical brand repositioning strategies for Spirit Airlines as part of a case study project. Through market research and competitor analysis, we explored how Spirit could shift consumer perception from purely low-cost to high-value. Our ideas focused on reimagining the customer experience, refining brand messaging, and proposing potential partnerships, all aimed at enhancing brand equity while staying true to Spirit’s core identity.
IPL Group- Panama
In Panama, I worked with a group to advise a warehousing company on their global marketing strategy. Navigating the complexities of international trade and the unique dynamics surrounding the Panama Canal made it an especially rewarding challenge. This experience gave me firsthand insight into how marketing strategy and business development come together in real-world startup environments. Please see a few examples from this project below.
Guardian Angel Media Plan
Created a full media plan for a mock brand, rooted in market research and consumer insights. I used AI tools to generate ad mockups that visualized the campaign’s tone, look, and message. The plan also featured influencer outreach and event marketing concepts designed to build brand awareness, spark engagement, and create both digital and in-person touchpoints. This project highlighted my ability to blend strategy with creative execution from concept to campaign.
